Club Championship Rules

If a team has a conflict with any scheduled match, they may, with the approval of their opponents in the draw, reschedule their match to a mutually agreeable date and time.

Any re-scheduled match must be played before the next round in the tournament. For example, a 3.5 Mixed Doubles match scheduled for Sunday 3/16 must be played before the next round scheduled for Sunday 3/23.   

All rescheduling must be arranged beforehand and communicated to the tournament director (Conray) as soon as possible. No-shows or Late-shows for any reason will result in automatic forfeiture. 

Any Finals to be played must be re-scheduled within two weeks of the day of play. For example, if the 3.0 Mixed Doubles Final can't be played on 3/29 as scheduled it must be played on or before 4/12, two weeks later.
